Hyundai have produced a comprehensive, fast charging analysis of the brand new Hyundai Ioniq 5, based on the real-world data provided by the Hyundai Motor Group.

IONIQ 5, with 400V and 800V multi-charging, can high-speed charge up to 80 percent
in just 18 minutes (based on remaining battery gauge of 10%).
Check out the IONIQ 5’s 18-minute charging in real-time.

This video is the actual instrument cluster of the IONIQ 5, recorded during ultra-fast charging at Hyundai EV Station Gangdong (Gil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul) at 12:00pm on April 20, 2021 (Tuesday).

- Detail conditions: The outside temperature was 19°C and the battery temperature was 15°C. (Charging performance improves at the ideal battery temperature of 25°C.)

Only 14 (Ionity) 350Kw charging stations in the UK - my nearest being 93 miles away.
With my nearest fast charger being a 50Kw at my local KFC, I may be waiting a little longer
